1] Under ‘Shop Now’ when I click ‘Add to Cart’, we want a red colored message to pop-up once displaying the ingredients of that selected product, so that a customer who is not paying attention will have a warning of what those ingredients are(Many customers tend to not pay attention to description of the product and therefore fail to read the ingredients, by having this pop-up allows them to know what the ingredients are. We are adding this pop-up for legal reasons.)
2] Whenever a customer is ready to checkout, I would like them to be forced to read our disclaimer, is there a way to force them to read this before they checkout ?

Hi there, that might indeed be possible, but as we’re support for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com and not for WooCommerce itself, so we’re not reasonably equipped to help with that here.

I have already approached WooCommerce support and they are saying that, there is no paid or free plugin which can do what we require. Please help.

If that isn’t something that the WooCommerce team can help with in-house, then it will require a sort of customization that is outside the scope of what we provide support for. In this case, I would recommend contacting a developer who can assist you with this:
