Sure, we can help! The first thing I would recommend for you is learning some CSS basics.
Here are a couple great tutorials about CSS if you’re just getting started:
http://www.htmldog.com/guides/cssbeginner/
http://www.codecademy.com/courses/web-beginner-en-TlhFi/0/1?curriculum_id=50579fb998b470000202dc8bYou should also read this so you have a good understanding of how CSS editing works at WordPress.com since it’s not the same as everywhere else:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/You should also note that CSS is theme specific. So, if you change themes, you will need to start over with CSS.
This page has a screeencast showing how to look up CSS using browser tools. You should definitely watch it because this helps a TON for CSS work:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/how-to-find-your-themes-css/One last tip, we try to tag every CSS question in our forums by the theme name, which makes it easier to look up past examples people have posted about—and sometimes there’s really cool stuff in there! There isn’t much in the Circa tag, but here’s the list because there are one or two things and I’m sure that will grow and it might be cool to see what others are doing with that theme:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/circaFrom there, you should make new help requests in the CSS forums if you get stuck and we can help out. When you post, try to include examples or notes about what you’ve tried already and include an example link to the page you’re working on whenever possible.
CSS is so fun! You’re going to love it. :)
