customization does not work

  Hello,
  I tried to change a little bit in the theme I used but the customization does not work. I mean it previews and saves but when I open my blog nothing’s changed.
  what to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Are you on a Premium or Business plan? The free plan does not come with Custom Design upgrade, which allows you to not only preview but also save CSS customizations.

  If you’re on one of the paid plans, please try making changes in a different browser and report back.

  I’m using the free plan, but I tried to customize previous themes and it worked well.

  Can I make up my own HTML using the free plan?

  CSS customization, changing fonts, colors and background isn’t possible on the free plan. Please look here for a plan comparison.

  If you’re only changing stuff like site title, tagline, widgets etc., then that can absolutely be done via the Customizer. If you’re only doing this, please try doing it via a different browser if the current one is giving problems.

  As for adding HTML, only a few, selected HTML tags can be added to posts, pages or some widgets. And yes it’s possible on the free plan.
