customization editor not working

  Since Friday I have been unable to customize my blog. When I open the customization editor my blog appears for a fleeting moment then disappears. I have three wordpress blogs and the other two are fine. However, this is the only one where I have purchased a custom design upgrade. I have messaged staff directly about this but no reply. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing. I would appreciate this rectified as soon as possible. Thanks
