The app version is listed under settings. Reinstalling the app should help.
There have been other reports of the same error and I’ve reported your case to our developers so they can take a look.
It will be helpful if you can outline the exact steps you have taken to get the error so that we can try to reproduce it on our end.

To get this error, I simply started my customization program as usual and this error was displayed without anything I do. I hope your developers will quickly solve this problem because it is annoying to have to go on the browser version to personalize my website.
