Customization Header Image

    Dear Sir and Madam,

I have some issues referring to WordPress header image customization. I have used the theme ‘Pique’ for my website template. I try my best to edit the header image using the customization tool but only one header image being changed on one single web page out of the rest. If I try to change the header image on the other page, it does not change the header image of that web page, but instead, it changes the header image on that same single web page. Only that single webpage’s header image can be changed. Other web pages’ header image cannot be changed.

I have used the edit individual page using the feature image tool, but the only drawback is –I am not able to crop or manipulate the size of the image.

Do you know how I can fix this issue?

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

    Thank you,

    Cindy Lam

Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/themes/pique/ That’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://piquedemo.wordpress.com/

Note that not theme can be compelled to function in any way it is not designed to function in.

The recommended Featured Image size is at least 1400 by 1000. The theme will scale and crop the images depending on the page and device size.
The recommended Custom Header image size is at least 1400 by 400.

Use an image editor to create images of the required dimensions [prior to uploading them. Then you will have better image quality and will not be wasting your free media storage space allocation.
