  Can we add Javascript if we use our domain and map it to WP.com and also buy CSS. Or does it still continue to be the same just like how it function in WP.com

  It still functions the same and strips out the javascript. You would only have this ability if you host your own copy of wordpress I am afraid! Sorry!

  Just saying that javascript isn’t allowed on wordpress.com hosted sites for the security reasons they have stated and if javascript needs to be run on your site, getting a copy of wordpress from wordpress.org and getting another host would be the only options. Out of curiousity, what is the javascript that you need to run?
