customization not loading?

    Brought a premium account yesterday. The customization function isn’t working. When I try to load the system the typical preview of the webpage doesn’t load and the sidebar says “loading design tools…” and appears to be stuck. It hasn’t worked in about 24 hours. I have until the end of the day to get this site looking okay, can we do anything?

    Howdy and welcome to WordPress.com,

    Typically, we see this occur if you’ve changed your Reading settings to use a static page ( https://janetlilesinteriordesign.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php ) and either don’t select one, or the page that was selected was deleted.

    Your settings there look good.

    I’m able to load the Customizer without issue. If you’re still having issues, our next step would be to empty your cache and follow the other troubleshooting tips on our Browser Issues page.

    Welcome again to WordPress.com! Please let me know if the Customizer is still acting wonky for you and if the emptying the cache didn’t solve the issue.
