Customization not working

  Hello,

  My site is MinnieinManhattan.com. My top black Dashboard bar no longer appears on the top of my website pages.. I can only see the bar when I am physically in my Dashboard. Also, when I go to Settings –> Customize, none of my customization options are clickable anymore. I pay money each year to have access to these basic customization options like Font and Colors but I can no longer select anything. Can you please help? Please let me know if you need my login info to access my site to help.

  Hi Christina!

  So, the issue here is that your domain minnieinmanhattan.com is actually pointed to a Bluehost self-hosted site, not WordPress.com.

  The login for your self-hosted site is completely different than the one for your WordPress.com site. You will not see the admin bar at the top of the screen when you visit minnieinmanhattan.com logged in under your WordPress.com account. You will need to login at minnieinmanhattan.com/wp-admin to access your self-hosted site. Can you give that a try?

  Also, when I go to Settings –> Customize, none of my customization options are clickable anymore. I pay money each year to have access to these basic customization options like Font and Colors but I can no longer select anything. Can you please help?

  This is due to the same issue discussed above. Basically, you’re making customizations to your WordPress.com site (minnieinmanhattan.wordpress.com). However, that WordPress.com blog is currently setup to automatically redirect to your self-hosted site minnieinmanhattan.com so you never see the customizations. Does that make sense?

  Since it looks like you’re setup with a self-hosted site, I’m happy to cancel the Custom Design upgrade from your account (not applicable to self-hosted sites) and refund your latest renewal charge for that upgrade. Would you like me to do that?

  There are quite a few options here. We recommend Werkpress:

  The do theme customizations and should be able to help you achieve what you’re looking for. You could also post to the WordPress job board here:
