Customization page on left side of screen is blank

In the past when I have gone to my website and needed to do edits to my page all I had to do was click on the tab that says MY SITE. It would open and I could edit pages, customize my theme, etc. Now it is BLANK and a message comes up that says CREATE SITE. The site has been created already and has been that way for a long time. What has happened to my account and why don’t we have real LIVE people to address our issues with like we did in the past.? Plus, my account is up to date. So I don’t know what the problem is and why no one has answered my emails.

To save time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
