Customizations not showing

    I have tried customizing (excluding CSS customization) several different themes, but none of the changes have shown on our site. Does it require an upgrade or is it a different matter? I did a little bit of research and a few somewhat similar situations had some cache matters. I’m just not sure if this applies to ours.

    The custom design upgrade includes more than just the CSS customizations, so if you were trying to use the color palate or change the fonts, you can preview them, but the changes don’t show up on your site until you purchase the upgrade.

    Some themes do allow background color changes and other small look changes without the upgrade, but for the most part you’ll need the upgrade.
