  Im trying to set a static home page, and have read the instructions on how to do it, but my customizing side bar doesnt have the option for this, but the theme I’m using does support a static home page, what can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you confirm that you’re trying to find this particular sidebar option?

  If so, the likely reason would be that the site has yet to have any other pages created. If there are no other pages or any default pages have been removed since creating your site, the default homepage (or remaining page if all others have been deleted) will automatically be set as your “Static Front Page”. Until another page is added to your site, the “Static Front Page” option in your customizer will not appear.

  To add a page you, can click the “Add” button next to “Pages” in your Dashboard:
