customize-able online booking plugin for group bookings

Hi there,
We are a seasonal Berry Farm. We have a large park as part of our farm that is full of outdoor activities and is open to the public with the purchase of admission. In addition to the general admission, we offer school field trips, group bookings and birthday parties.
I’m looking for an online booking plugin that will be able to be fairly customize-able. We host school tours, birthday parties and group bookings at our agri-tourism based family farm. We offer these options only at specific times each day, and can only handle a certain number of students/birthday parties per time slot. We don’t want to take all of the payment online, we just want to take a $50.00 deposit per booking/customer. So if a school books one time slot, but has three groups, we still only want to take one 50.00 deposit (not 150.00).
We would like to have one calendar for birthday parties (with several packages to choose from), one for school tours (with several different tour options), and one for group bookings (where they can just reserve their group rate and so we can tell how many people we’ll have to handle at our park each day).
Is there an appointment booking plugin that will be able to handle this?
Please advise on the best scheduling plugin- I’ve spent a lot of time looking for one with these capabilities. Thank you!
