Customize and Elementor not working

    Hello, I’m new to WordPress and while trying to customize my site I ran into a few problems.
    When I go to customize the page says Customize: Loading and never loads.
    On the left where all of my options should be there is only ‘You are now customizing {website name}’
    Also I downloaded a plugin called Elementor, and it just wont respond, I’m pressing on the botton ‘Edit with elementor’ and nothing happens.
    Not sure if both of those things related but decided to mention it anyway.
    Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.

    It would be helpful If you could share your website URL with us. And please check whether your website is hosted on wordpress.com.
