Customize and Live Preview not loading

I can’t customize my theme or live preview other themes, it is stuck on “loading design tools” in the sidebar. It’s been like this for a few hours. I tried restarting my computer and clearing my cache.

When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralDo understand that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade?

I am using chrome and my third party cookies are enabled. I don’t know why it isn’t working, but getting at the functions through dashboard works just as well. Thank you!

@mtkasarah, I would like to check in with you about this issue you reported about the Customize section inside your WordPress.com dashboard where the live previews are blank. Is that problem still happening for you? If so, I would like to help troubleshoot.
One thing you can do first is to make sure you are using an updated browser, see http://browsehappy.com/
