Customize Appearance Highend

  I am trying to customize my website appearance, but when it takes me to the customize page (for front page, menus, etc…) I get an error message that the ‘Page is Unresponsive’ after it tries to load for a few seconds – I am running the Highend Template.

  The site is http://www.marshallwindsor.com but also has http://www.learnevangelism.org as a parked domain. It is hosted by bluehost, so I guess that means that I’ll need to contact them? Thanks for asking that question and your patience working with a novice<G>.

  Hi @marshalldmin, Bluehost may be able to help with this, but they may also send you to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .

  Those are the forums for self-managed WordPress installations. You’ll likely need to create an account there, but there’s a friendly community who can likely help you sort this out.

  It appears that when I used Mozilla instead of Chrome or Safari, I was notified that my Dashlane extension was the culprit. Once I stopped that, everything worked great. Perhaps that might help someone else as well…thanks again!
