    Hi, I have a question — I’ve been switching up the colors on my blog ever since I purchased the Gridspace theme, but now when I go to play around with the color theme it says that I need to pay $30 to do so. Why was I able to use this feature before, and now can’t?

    Hi Jennifer!

    You can definitely play around with the colors within the Customizer. However, in order to publish those color changes live, you will need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade. It doesn’t look like you’ve purchased this upgrade before or had a trial of any kind so I’m not sure why you were able to change the colors previously.

    Going forward, you will need to purchase the upgrade shown here:

    You’re welcome to start a two week trial under Dashboard -> Store -> Store if you would like! That way, you only pay for and keep the upgrade if you find it valuable.
