Customize Design Tools

I am using the Grisaille blog and the design tools aren’t loading on the customize page. I have emptied cache and cleared cookies. I have also changed the theme to see if it was a theme issue. I was able to load this yesterday, but now I unfortunately cant. I need to change which front page my blog loads on as that which I previously chose is no longer available.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General -
One thing that can cause a problem with that is if you don’t have any published content yet on the blog. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ for tips about how to fix it if that was the case.
