  When I go to Appearance-Customize, the design tools don’t load.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues loading the Customizer! What browser and version are you running on your computer? We have had reports of some issues with certain versions of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. If you haven’t already done so, would you please try loading it up in either FireFox or Chrome? You can download the latest versions of either here:

  You can also make sure that you’re on the most recent version of IE there too.
