Customize existing ecommerce site – Front Page?

A friend helped code my website, and I decided that I want to add on a horizontal links bar and additional pages, but have no idea how to do so.
My site is: http://www.onlinerummage.biz
The bar would go underneath the header. I would like to create five new pages to link to, and need instructions on that as well.
I know my way around Microsoft Front Page. Is there any way I can download the script that my friend created, use Front Page to make the additions, then upload the entire site from there?
I would like to get the site running ASAP, in time for the Christmas buying season. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
