Customize Function not Working (Hemingway Rewritten)
-
The customize side-bar menu with all of the various sections (site title & tagline, colors, logo, etc.) is frozen. I can’t access any of the tabs. Any idea how to fix this? It worked when I first downloaded the theme, but has been frozen ever since.
If not, is there another way to customize font colors?
Thanks.

I’m using Firefox, but I just encountered the same problem with Explorer. I’ve tried rebooting the computer, too.

So here is a screenshot of what I am seeing:
Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Here are some screenshot instructions if you are not familiar with the process:
I find http://snag.gy/ to be very useful for sharing screenshots. You can also upload the screenshot to your site’s media library. I will be able to see it there.

Hmm. Not sure why that page is showing up. The URL correlated with this thread must direct to a default page.
The site I’m working on is: briankirkblog.com.
Here’s a screenshot of the “customize” page that is currently frozen.
Thank you for your help.

Ahh, gotcha.
So, here’s the deal, http://briankirkblog.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
