Customize header image size and link it to home page?

I was afraid of that. Internet Explorer was created just to cause web designer’s heads to explode. It has no other reason for being. It is the anti-browser.
We’ll have to do it the hard way. Create a transparent PNG image (no background color the same size as your header image. Upload it and add it to a text widget in your sidebar and link it to your main site page. Let me know when you have that done and I’ll work out the code to get it up and over the top of the header image to make it clickable.

I’ve heard web designer’s say that very thing! Haha!
Ok, I created a text widget in my primary sidebar with this html code:
Note that my other pages (About Us, CTP Team, Media, Blog, Contact Us) do not use the Default Template — instead, I have them set for “One column, no sidebars.” I mention this because I’m not sure if it’ll make a difference in what we’re trying to do. And the reason I chose these settings is because I don’t want the other widgets I’m using (“Facebook Like Box” and “Follow Blog”) to show up on subsequent pages — only the landing page.
Allow me to throw an idea/thought at you. Rather than linking the logo, would it be easier to somehow create a new page, title it “Home” and have it so there’s no content, but that it links to http://www.ctpteam2011.com?

@justmeiuly
All CSS editing is theme specific. This thread posted by ctpteam2011 is solely focused on the customization of the Adventure Journal theme.The blog you dropped a link to is wearing the Greyzed theme. Why have you posted into this thread? If you have purchased the cusom design upgrade and need CSS editing help with that blog then please post your own thread.

@ctpteam2011, that is a problem. The only pages where the image will link back to the home page will be the pages that have a sidebar.
The easiest way would be to create a custom menu if you do not yet have one and the use the custom link feature to create a home page link in the top navigation. You do not have to create a “page”.

Thanks thesacredpath for being such a great resource and providing those helpful links! I think I have it the way I want for now, largely thanks to your assistance! Very appreciated!
