To adjust the font size of the menu in Karuna, when using custom fonts, add the following to your custom CSS and adjust the size as desired.
.wf-active .main-navigation { font-size: 10px; } -

I am having the same problem with the font size on my home page. The font is much larger than the size of the font I typed the article in. I am not familiar with were to place the code that you gave pauliinapohjonen.com.
Where is the “custom CSS” ?

Hi @samasense!
Custom CSS is part of a Premium Plan or Business Plan. With one of those plans on your site, you’ll see a CSS menu under My Site > Customize :)
You can also change the font size of a custom font on your site, even without a plan.
Under My Site > Customize > Fonts select a font you’d like to use. Once you have chosen a custom font you can select a different size as well :)

Dear Chad 1008,
This did give me access to different fonts and font sizes. The reason for the original support dialog was that with the default font settings, the print size on the text that I wrote on home page was much larger than the size of the print on the blog postings. Now that I have chosen a different font I can choose the “small” option for the base font and that shrinks the text on the home page to a proper reading perspective however, it also shrinks the font of the blog posting and other places on the site so that they are too minuscule to read. I understand that I am taking a free ride on this site as of yet (I really do appreciate you spending time with me considering that fact). Do I have to accept that this is one of the quirks associated with receiving the blog space “non gratis”? Please advise me oh great and wise slinger of the WordPress fix it discourse. -
The larger font on the front page was a design decision made when your current theme (Karuna) was created. The effect works better with a short intro on your homepage, rather than a longer stretch of text like the one you are using :)
Possible options on a free site would be to consider a different theme, or you could edit the HTML of your page content to manually adjust the size on the home page.
For example, if you edited your front page, and clicked over to the HTML tab, you could add this at the very beginning:
<div style="font-size: 18px">and then this at the very end:
</div>This is called an “inline style.” They aren’t something you want to overuse, as there are better ways to do it (like Custom CSS) but using them here and there isn’t a bad thing when it’s needed :)

Chad 1008, Thanks so much. That worked perfect! I can now move on to formatting the rest of the blog site. Peace to you and those in your care.

Dear Chad1008,
I would like to add thumbnail size images in a rectangular shaped horizontal gallery at the bottom of my “about” page above the footer. There is a widget prompt already in that area. When I followed the widget instructions to add a gallery, I was unable resize the images to a thumbnail size. Is there a way to do this? If my theme choice prevents such a thing, can you suggest what would better suit that area? What do people usually put there? I have plenty of text and/or images I want to add to these widget areas but resizing the images as you can on the post page does not seem to be available on the about page. Please advise, sir. Thanks and peace, samasense confused. -
I know the demo site uses a gallery in that section, similar to what you have described.
It sounds like you are on the right track – Based on what you’ve described, I’d recommend using the Gallery widget on the Square Tiles setting – you won’t have direct control over the sizing in a widget, as the theme calculates the sizes for you based on the width of the actual widget.
Another option, if these images are intended to be used on the About page specifically (instead of all pages), you might consider adding the gallery in the About page content, instead of in the widget?

Dear Chad 1008,
I collected the thumbnails pics, consolidated them into one image and placed at the bottom of the about page. It is view-able when I am editing the site as an admin. When I log off and go on to the site as a viewer the image is gone and the page shows the broken image thumbnail? Any Suggestions?Signed: brain squeezed site formatting novice.

It looks like you deleted the image from your account (perhaps you deleted it in your Media Library?)
That means the link to the image is in place, but the image file isn’t actually there any more.
Edit your page, remove the broken image, and upload a new copy :)
