Customize my theme

  I switched from an optimize press theme to a paid Themeforest theme called Fitness Zone. I imported demo data hoping I would start fresh with this new theme and start customizing but I can still see where I had my optimize press data. Also my new theme doesn’t look like it should i’m guessing because of te old optimize press theme. HELP!!!
