I lost the way to customize the website I have here on wordpress. I can only see it as a customer not as an admin How do I get it back.

It’s possible the site is not hosted with WordPress.com. If that’s the case, and it’s hosted by another company, you’ll want to reach out to your host for additional help (you may already be paying them for some level of support). Alternatively, for self-hosted WordPress sites you can reach out to the WordPress.org community for help in the forums there: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
