Customize not loading

  Hi, my site was working until 2 days ago, when the Appearance – Customize stopped loading. I get the error message: This page isn’t working kantanno.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. Everything else works fine, and we’ve deleted a bunch of plug-ins after reading that was a potential cause, but it still won’t load. Can you please help me with this?

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
