  Hi there,

  I checked on branndynasty.wordpress.com and for me the customizer seems to be loading without issue. Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to edit about your site?

  What changes are you trying to make in the customizer that seem to not be working? Do you get an error message if you try to save your changes? Thanks for the additional info!
