Customize Outgoing Subscription Email

  I have a question regarding email subscriptions. I customized the outgoing subscription email in early 2009. (The email send after each posting.) Since I have changed the blog name and domain. However, the subscription email still reflects the old blog name and contains an image that was appropriate at the time but is outdated now. How can I fix this?

  I’m unsure if the email is coming from WP or perhaps google.
