Go to dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. Delete them from the sidebar area, or drag the widgets from the sidebar area to the inactive widgets area at the bottom left.

Hello I have done that you are tell me but the problem are same now can you do it for me please ?

I’ve figured out the solution. The Twenty Ten theme displays those two widgets by default even though there are no widgets in any of the widget areas by default. The way to get rid of them is to activate another widget. You can do this invisibly with some widgets that have no content, for example a text widget without a title.

However, removing the widgets is not going to allow you to stretch the text across the entire page as is the case with the website you suggested as a model. In order to do that, you’ll need to select a theme which allows full-width posts (if there are any).
There are themes with an optional full-width page template. But this option applies to pages not posts.
