Customize Problems

I’m having few problems changing my blog’s header. If I click on Customize button, the page is loading and then it says: “Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly” and Try Again button, but every time I click on Try Again button it appears the same phrase. Anyone can help me to fix the problem? Thanks

Can you please try clearing out your browser’s cache?

I’m also repeatedly getting the message “”Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly” when trying to access the customiser for my site rohita.com / rohitaltd.wordpress.com . Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?

I tried again, on two computers (Mac OS X Yosemite and Windows 8.1) on 2 browsers each (Safari & Chrome, IE & Chrome), having cleared browser history, and it still wouldn’t work on any browser. Please continue to assist me.

Can you make sure that your operating system and browsers are up-to-date?
