Customize Single Page

  New to WordPress question:

  I created a new page that I want to display with different margins, font, etc from all other pages
  The Style.css establishes a 30% margin, I want to reduce this to 20% or less for just a specific page to increase space for the page text
  and I want to change the font size for a bulleted list and center the page title
  I do not want to change the Style.css as I do not maintain the main site
  The specific page is http://www.echo-inc.org/counselor-bulletin, is is not linked to the Home page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
