  When click Customize under the Appearance section, it just has the status of loading but never actually loads the page.

  Hi there,

  Are you still having this problem? I was able to get the Customize menu to load for me without any issues. If you’re still having issues, you might want to try loading it on another browser or clearing your current browser’s cache by following these directions:
