Customize Size of Images

How do I customize the size of images with CSS?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am using the Caramack Theme for this site. The Header image is fine. The images on the body of the home page though are different sizes. For example, I have four images in a single row but each are different sizes. I’ve uploaded the images in wordpress to meet the minimum size requirements. Do I have to make each image exactly the same size before uploading? Or is there a line of code for CSS that can set the height and width?

The portfolio shortcode doesn’t crop portfolio thumbnails to make them all a uniform size, so I would suggest making sure your images have the same width-to-height proportions before uploading. They don’t have to be exactly the same size.
Let me know how it goes.

This worked. I made sure to adjust the pixels on both horizontal and vertical axis so the photos are the same size. Thanks!
