Customize Theme

    I have been trying to edit my theme for a few weeks now. Every time I click the customize button, the site says ‘loading the customizer’ then stops and says ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly.’ I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I also cannot view my site and I cannot view other wordpress sites.

    Hi there,

    Sounds like you are having an issue with your browser.

    Can you try force refreshing your page to see if that solves the issue? You can force refresh by hitting the keys below –

    – Windows: Ctrl + F5
    – Mac: Command + R
    – Linux: F5

    Then, check this page to see if you have javascript enabled – https://enable-javascript.com/

    Hi There-

    I was able to load your site. Have you tried to use another web browser? You can also try clearing your web cache to see if that helps.
