Customize theme doesn't work

  Hi I downloaded a template called Onepress but when I click on the customize button i can’t see anything.
  I saw some same posts about this topic and I checked all of them but my problem is still alive.

  All available themes for you to use on your WordPress.com blog are found here: http://wordpress.com/themes/ You will need to use one of these themes on your blog. You are not able to use any outside themes.

  http://ashdesign.ir/ is not a WordPress.com site. It is a self hosted site using WordPress.org. You will need to post at http://wordpress.org/support/ to obtain help with your self hosted site.
