Customize Theme not functioning

I recently deleted my FB page for this blog. Someone else has the name for that page now, and it’s still linking to my site. I need to remove it, but my Customize Theme option isn’t working – I can’t access my sidebar widgets to remove it. Help?

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and as it is not on our servers we cannot help you with it.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
