Customize theme option has stopped working for my blog

Hi, I have the Custom Design upgrade active on my blog (halfwayhike.com) BUT I can’t select fonts or colours options..
when I try to do that, the hamburger menu / ‘loading design tools’ right hand options menu just freezes.
It has worked in the past but not recently, can you please fix?
I have the correct browser version and cookies allwd, it’s not that.

Were you able to get this sorted out? I was able to load the Customizer on your site in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Let me know if you’re still having trouble. If you are, could you please try another browser like Firefox or Safari, to rule out a Chrome-specific issue? Thank you!

it worked for a while earlier , so I could do some customisation. then it stopped (with the frozen ‘loading design tools’ sidebar message), which is kind of odd.
Might be the theme? or not, I’m not sure. I’ll try another browser.

Let me know how it works on another browser. Currently, it is still working on Google Chrome for me.

It worked straight off in Firefox (latest version) and worked all through this evening (UK time). I actually changed themes then did a bit of customisation and it worked every time (in Firefox).
I then tried again in Chrome and it still hangs there. I’m not sure why as I’ve used Chrome for a long time with WP. I’ll check any extensions clashes. Thanks. -

I’m so glad it worked on Firefox! As for Google Chrome, please make sure that it is updated to the latest version, which you can check out here. If it is, you can also try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below.
