Customize Theme Upload

  Hello, I know you all do not offer support for uploading themes. However I need assistance with getting started. Is it necessary to purchase the Customize Theme option prior to uploading and Is it possible to upload a custom theme on a “Free” wordpress account with purchase of customization?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
