Customize tool not working?

  It’s not letting me use the customize tool I’ve purchased. It lets me use it one one page but not the other…

  The custom design upgrade applies to only one blog and is in effect for only one year. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog you purchased it for. Also please explain exactly what your issue is.
