  I can’t get the customize tools to open on rajskub.wordpress.com and yet it opens on my two other sites when I want to customize.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try this: log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again. It may be a corrupted cookie or cache file.

  Yeah, this didn’t work. The customization design tools work on the other two blogs, but for this one it just stays in loading phase.

  You don’t really need that tool: all the options it offers are already available in the main (left) sidebar of your dashboard. You upload a header image in Appearance > Header, set a static front page in Settings > Reading etc. What exactly would you like to do?
