Customize trouble

  Signed up today and bought WordPress value bundle at $99.(Premium Pack)

  Chose theme but cannot customize . In addition I see that more customize tools require further payment. Not happy.

  Please supply contact details for direct contact or I will have to invoke 48 hour cancellation notice.

  The value bundle should come with Custom CSS. Where are you seeing a request for more money?

  Is there any chance the value bundle has not activated yet?

  My Dashboard is reading 3072 MB and there is an option to upgrade to .com for $18 which I understood was in the value price?
