Customize under Appearance is not loading correctly.

  I’m having an issue with customizing not showing up correctly under Appearance. I lost the ability to change anything within the Theme I am using and now the active widget section is gone as well and I cannot see nor change any of the four widgets I am using. I’ve re-installed WordPress and I am currently using the second newest theme verison (1.7.13) for my Nexus theme but even after trying the newest version (1.7.14) it still was doing the same things but also the default Happy Monkey font (which has been in use since day one when I started using this theme) is no longer there or active.
