Customize (under Theme –> Appearance –> Customize) not loading

    Hi, when I’m loading the Customize page, no tools or anything appears anymore.

    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Can you share with us the site you trying to customize and tell us the error you get while trying to load the customizer.

    You can also try another browser or check your internet connection.

    Hello sir,the same problem,i installed a new website on Vultr,but when i try to customize the theme,it failed.

    Show notice below:

    there has been a critical error on this website. please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    i try to install again and ask my friend to install too,but he failed too when click the customize button
