Customize Upper Menu on Daily Mag Theme

  I need to enlarge the upper menu of my Daily Mag theme page so it will stand out more. How can I make it bigger and have the words be bigger as well?

  Hi, the menu text has top and bottom padding, so increasing the size of the font will increase the height of the dark band across the top. Go to Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the following custom CSS and see what you think and let me know. Originally the size was 0.9em and you can edit my 1.2em value as you desire.
