  When I am trying to customize or change themes, etc….it say that I do not have permission? I have a premium account subscription.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Are you logged in as an admin, or assigned a user role with enough permission to edit the site?

  You can go to My Sites > People > Team (tab) to check the user role assigned to you.
