Customize won't load

customize won’t load. just says ‘loading tools’. Any help?

When using the theme customizer please be sure you are using one of the browsers and versions found here http://browsehappy.com and also be sure you have enabled third party cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
NOTE: I do not use the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
Appearance > Header
Appearance > Background
Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
Site Title and Tagline > Settings > GeneralAlso understand that no changes you try out aside from those such as Custom Background, Custom Header and Theme Options which are stated on the theme description pages for each theme like Hatch http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hatch/
will be visible to visitors unless you purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade.

Hatch does not show “theme options” under the “appearance” menu. It only appears in the customize menu.
The option is
Brief introduction (appears on the home page)
and apparently one can add a logo as well.

@jamespollitt, I know it has been a while since you’ve reported this problem, but I would like to check back in with you about it.
Are you still seeing a problem when you try to open Appearance → Themes → Customize in your blog?
I did test, and it’s working for me. So if you’re still having trouble, I would like to help look into it.
