CUSTOMIZEABLE HEADER IN MCKINLEY
-
The McKinley theme says the header is customizeable, yet i don’t see how it’s done. The option of importing an image is not there when under CUSTOMIZE.
Also, what would the apect ration be for the header?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there, I visited your site and you’re now running the Lens theme, rather than McKinley. If you plan to return to McKinley and still need assistance, please let me know and I can assist you. Cheers!

I’m running McKinley on my Tallowderm.com website. It’d be so helpful if you could answer the questions:
1)Size of to build topper.
2) how to import it.When I originally built the site I somehow figured it out. I guessed on size and it works on a computer but is real wonky on an iphone.

Hi there,
Your site at tallowderm.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we can’t really provide direct support for that site. However, you can contact the theme developers via their support forum on WordPress.org: http://wordpress.org/support/theme/mckinley
Some general notes: you can update a header image in your site’s Dashboard under Appearance > Header. For this theme, the suggested width is 1000 pixels and the suggested height is 150 pixels.
We also have some documentation (for WordPress.com users with the theme) here:

Hmmm well, when I choose APPEARANCE and CUSTOM the only option is are
1) site title and tagline
2) navigation
3) static front page. There’s no header upload option. I’d attach a screen grab but this service doesn’t seem to allow it.

Again, your site is not hosted with us, so while I’d like to assist you, I don’t have access to your site and can’t take a look to troubleshoot it further. I’d recommend you post on the McKinley support forum I linked in my previous response, as they may be able to assist you.
