Customized appearance not saving

My blog appearance and menu settings were perfect until a few hours ago. I signed in to publish a new post and I noticed that my theme was back to default settings. I had the Lovecraft theme and had set a customized navigation, and a different color option and now it’s all gone. Now it’s displaying the default image and the default navigation menu. I’ve been trying to save my settings back to how they were yesterday with no luck. I’ve tried a different browser and also no luck.
Is there a way to restore my site back to how it was 48-72 hours ago? I have tried to save my settings but even if it says it has been saved it doesn’t take. Just a moment ago, I also got a weird comment apparently from this same blog on a post that I just published two hours ago and that comment has a time stamp of 7:49 am when I only published this post about an hour ago. Not sure why it’s acting up. Is wordpress.com having glitches right now?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance. We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.
If any of your site’s customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save those customizations now.
If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!
