Customized changes not appearing

  hi i have changed my settings for color etc but its not showing up in my blog. please help

  Hi there. Do you have the Custom Design upgrade? To change the colour scheme of your blog you have to have that upgrade enabled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ You can preview colour changes in the Customizer, but you won’t be able to save them unless you buy the upgrade.
