Customized Header image

  Hi, I logged on to my site today to discover that the Header image had been changed and no matter how I try to change it back to the image I want, saving and publishing the page with the new header in place, the site always reverts to the image that is ‘suggested’ – which is not one of my images and not one I’ve ever seen before. I even tried changing themes but the same problem occurred. My site is: https://xpatscot.wordpress.com/ and the theme I am using is Misty Lake (which did, until today, support customized header images).

  Hi Keith,

  I’m sorry for the trouble! Our team launched a change earlier today that caused problems for customizations you made to your site’s appearance (like your custom header image). We fixed that problem, and most sites are now back to normal.

  If your header image or any other customizations are still missing, you can open your site’s Customizer and re-save them now.

  If you have any more trouble with that, please let me know!
